PAYMENT in full is due by date indicated on your receipt, usually 30 days before the event.

To pay your balance, use the Pay My Balance tab to enter in the amount. 

There is a $25 fee for late payments.

Scrapbook New England reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances. Fees will be returned or may be applied to another crop .

Scrappers over the age of 11 may attend weekend events. 

Day crops welcome scrapbooking children age 8 and up.

​Scrapbook New England is not responsible for personal items or equipment of attendees.

Room charges and damages are the responsibility of the guest.

Scrapbook New England is not responsible for an attendee's dietary restrictions, although all efforts will be made to accommodate special needs. 

CANCELLATIONS

We hope you can join us as planned!

Please understand we have financial commitments for space, food, rooms and expenses that cannot be recovered after a certain date. 

Thus, if you do need to cancel:

1. Request must be in writing/email:

2. Cancelling up until 45 days prior to event = full refund minus $15 cancellation fee per registration.

3. Cancelling LESS than 45 days prior to event, 50% refund minus $15 fee.

If someone you know wishes to attend, you must cancel first and they must be waitlist approved and register separately.

HOTEL cancellations are the guest's responsibility.
